Online TV History The History of TV Online

In the beginning there was the Internet. In 1994 I was working with a lot of individuals to bring audio and video to the Internet.

This category is set up to give you the history of online broadcast from my unique perspective as a mover and shaker who worked tirelessly to make watching online TV a reality.

From the moments of the first broadcast of the Rolling Stones, Cannes Film Festival, and the 24 hour a day broadcast network that once was the OnlineTV domains main force I was there. I will bring you up to the infamous attacks at the World Trade Center, which was the turning point for this effort and caused the collapse of the corporation.

I will take you though the setup of radio broadcast at WFMU, through the Broadcast.com sale of $5.7 billion by Mark Cuban, right through to the demise of my Internet broadcasting network by 2003.

I will try to fill in the blanks and names to that which was left out of the Wikipedia site (for whatever reason they have to distort the history).

As the infighting to continue the expansion of watching tv online I hope to bring this site back to its original position as the best site to get online entertainment and watch live music, watch tv, and just have a great entertainment vehicle at your fingertips.

Read the histories as I write them! It will save you time waiting for the book. For me it will be a lot of fun to relive some of the great adventures in creating a company, business plan, and executing the same.
